I practice from a strengths-based, systematic, and relational framework. I am trained in Level I + Level II Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which is a somatic practice focused on trauma processing and healing through building consciousness to your body memory. I incorporate this practice into traditional talk therapy as a way to build body connection.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from DePaul University. I have experience working in various mental health settings with a range of populations.
I have training and experience with a wide range of issues which include: trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, sexual orientation, gender identity, identity exploration, stress, and burnout.
