Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I’ve been a therapist for over a decade, and I’m deeply committed to helping people navigate whatever they may be going through. From a young age, I have always been interested in people’s stories, and I approach therapy with that same curious nature, striving to help you understand yourself, what’s happening to you, how it’s affecting you, and working through it together.

My approach to therapy is grounded in building a trustworthy connection between us — one where you can trust in me to help you navigate your experience, guiding you toward making connections, finding roots when possible, and ultimately reconnecting with your whole self. I don’t believe that there are answers to all of life’s struggles, but I do believe that we can find ways to navigate them. One of my favorite therapeutic tools is using humor, sarcasm, and moments of lightness to empower you and propel you further. My practice includes a somatic approach focused on trauma processing and healing through building consciousness of your body memory. I incorporate this speciality into traditional talk therapy as a way to hold the whole picture of what’s happening to you and unlock potential roadblocks.

The world we live in is messy and hard. As a queer woman, I’m particularly aware of how society and the systems around us can weigh on our lives. I carry that awareness into the work we do together. When not helping my clients, I can be found enjoying the outdoors, treasure hunting, tending to my plants, or at home with my partner and our cat, Archie.
